St. Mary School is seeking a dependable Facilities Manager/Custodian to oversee the care and maintenance of our school
facilities. This position is responsible for general maintenance and repairs both inside and outside the building, as well as coordinating
with outside contractors for larger projects. The role also includes custodial duties to help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming
environment for students and staff.
The successful candidate should:

Perform general maintenance, repair, and custodial work on school facilities, both indoors and outdoors
- Demonstrate strong attention to detail and reliability
- Be able to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively
