Staff Employment Opportunities

1. Elementary Office Receptionist and Lunch Room Monitor - Full-Time
Must have a high school diploma or higher degree.
Three years of successful general administrative assistant or secretarial experience.
Ability to develop and maintain record keeping systems.
Ability to maintain confidentiality in all aspects of job.
Must have ability to multi-task, organize and meet deadlines.
Must have strong ability to effectively utilize office equipment, Microsoft computer software, copier, telephone.
Ability to complete CPR and First Aid training within the first month of work.
Enjoy working with children, prefer experience working with children.
This position requires standing, walking, sitting, operating a computer including use of a keyboard, reaching with hands and arms, climbing stairs occasionally, occasionally balance, stoop, or kneel, and frequently lift or move up to 10 pounds.

5. System Alumni Coordinator—part time - 15 hours weeks/40 weeks

Should hold a minimum of a Bachelor's degree.
Organizes and coordinates alumni functions.
Promotes and fosters effective alumni relations through written communication (i.e. newsletter, alumni social media, website) and personal contact (i.e. phone calls, in-person meetings) with alumni.
Serves as a resource to alumni as they plan Class Reunions or other alumni events.
Responsible for growing and maintaining alumni database.

Must hold a current Kentucky teaching certificate.

Experience with academic and career counseling for grades 6-12 students.
